Our vision: To change lives by empowering our local Hispanic community to realize its fullest potential and impact the Twin Cities through STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) awareness, access, support and development. 

We do so by providing professional development, networking, and community outreach events for our members. We also provide scholarships and mentoring support to local Hispanic college and high school students pursuing STEM careers.
